15Oct02 (Monthenor): Boy, I didn't think this was going to happen in time. As of 2PM this afternoon, panel 6 didn't exist and the rest was my messy sketching. We're finally getting Wai's story straight from Wai, and the repercussions won't be pretty for GM.

Speaking of, I'm going on the annual ACM UIUC trip this weekend. If you don't know what those acronyms are, it's safe to say you're not invited :P But this means I'm gone from the middle of Thursday until late Sunday, and I probably won't be in a cognitive place on Moday either. So I'm officially declaring it a lost week: GM021 WILL NOT HAPPEN NEXT WEEK. I may have time to work up a little slack day image, I may not. This will finally make both comics in a week use the same number. It appeals to my sense of order and right, and will make a lot of sense in the archives. Maybe in the future, once I know what kind of readership numbers I'm getting, I can have a guest strip contest for stuff like this. Whatever.

Mmmm...off to have some $.25 chicken patties before the ACM meeting tonight!
